Rima is a licensed physiotherapist with over 6 years of experience in helping individuals recover from injuries, manage chronic pain, and enhance their physical well-being. Specializing in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, Rima offers expert care in areas such as sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, motor vehicle accident injuries and orthopedic conditions.
Rima graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy with Honours from Gujarat University, India in 2014. She continued her education to assure quality of care for her patients by attaining her diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion from Humber College, Toronto in 2016. She became Registered Physiotherapist in 2019and is a member in good standing of College of Physiotherapist of Ontario. Additionally, she hascompleted extensive continuing education in acupuncture and dry needling, manipulation techniquesand concussion rehab ensuring that patients receive the most up-to-date and evidence-based care available.
Rima is passionate about individualized treatment plans, focusing on functional recovery and injury prevention. Whether treating children, office workers, or elderly patients, their approach combines hands-on techniques, cupping therapy and taping, acupuncture, exercise therapy, and education to empower patients to take charge of their rehabilitation. Rima is dedicated to restoring mobility, improving quality of life, and helping patients return to the activities they love.
In her spare time, Rima enjoys many different activities with her family including playing with her daughter, listening to music, going for hikes or trail walking, taking photos of beautiful nature and sunset. She also keeps active with yoga and walking.
