South Keys Health Center’s Family Doctors is a group medical practice providing patient-centred, evidence-based primary care. As part of the Ottawa Family Health Team, we work collaboratively to deliver accessible, coordinated medical services, with a focus on preventive care and the management of chronic medical conditions.
Our patients can expect the highest level of confidentiality from our office. To release any medical information, including appointment bookings, you must provide authorization. This applies to anyone, including parents, guardians, and relatives. If you wish to authorize another individual to access your information, please speak with your doctor or the front desk staff.
We strive to answer our phones promptly and return messages in a timely manner. To help us assist you more efficiently, please follow these guidelines:
- Due to the high volume of phone calls, we receive, there may be times when your call will not be returned for 24 to 48 hours.
- Please state and spell both your first and last name clearly.
- Include a telephone number where we can reach you and the reason for your call.
- If you have a question for your doctor or would like to relay a message, please keep it as brief as possible.
- To ensure quicker responses, please refrain from calling the office multiple times, as this only delays our ability to return your call.
