Amr graduated from Cairo University with a Bachelor in Science of Physiotherapy in 2000. He continued his education to assure quality of care for his patients by completing Part A (The Lumbar Spine), Part B (The Cervical Spine), Part C (Advanced Lumbar Spine and Extremities-Lower Limb) Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy from The McKenzie Institute Canada, the level 1 manual therapy (CPA orthopaedic division) and 2 Anatomical Acupuncture courses.
Amr has a keen interest in the Concussion and Vestibular rehab by taking courses including: Level 1 Concussion Management workshop and Vestibular Rehabilitation Therapy.
He had a special interest in paediatrics; he is a Neuro-Developmental Treatment trained therapist after completing NDTA/Bobath Certificate Course in the Management and Treatment of Children with Cerebral Palsy (CP) & Other Neuro-motor Disorders from USA. He is certified in Sensory Integration after completing 4 sensory integration modules from University of Southern California.
He has also completed 76 continuing education hours in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) Therapy Techniques from The Scott Center for Autism Treatment, Florida Institute of Technology.
Amr has always had and interest in sports, particularly biking and tennis.
